What is the maximum amount of rent I can claim for tenant default?

You can claim up to 18 weeks up to $1250 per week for tenant rental default. Contact us if your rent exceeds $1250 per week.

Does it cover you for accidental damage by the tenants/tenant's guests?

Yes, you are covered up to $60,000 for accidental, malicious and deliberate damage.

What is the excess for a loss of rent claim?

Does my policy cover periodic & continuation of leases?

Yes, both periodic leases and the continuation of a lease are covered under your policy.

If my house burns down or is inaccessible due to flood, how many weeks of rent am I covered for?

Your policy covers you for up to 52 weeks rent in the event of any peril loss including fire & flood.

Am I covered for damage my tenant's pet cause?

Yes, your accidental damage cover includes pet damage up to $60,000. (sub limits apply)
